The Society of the Four Arts in Palm Beach enlisted VOLO Events to bring their Japanese-inspired dinner and dance celebration to life. The two-night event featured bonsai trees, Taiko drummers, and a full orchestra, culminating in a flawlessly executed dinner for the ages.
The two-night event was to take place outdoors at the Society’s campus in Palm Beach, Florida. The team’s vision for a Japanese-inspired celebration included everything from bonsai trees to Taiko Japanese drummers, full orchestra and delectable food from the Land of the Rising Sun. In order to bring their concept to life, trusted Palm Beach designer Tom Mathieu required a partner experienced in event management, venue design, saddlespan tent structures, flawless execution and production — and they found the perfect fit with experiential marketing agency, VOLO Events.

To achieve the perfect concept, VOLO applied integrated expertise in a number of areas as Producer, including: event production and management, show flow, design, engineering, architecture, CAD drawings, scheduling, lighting design, production, power, HVAC, permitting — all of which were handled quickly and professionally — on time and within budget
When all was said and done, the event was an electrifying success. The guests were left to a memorable evening of authentic cuisine, culture, art and entertainment, which included a Samurai sword demonstration, Opera performances, and gorgeous SaddleSpan tent venue and interiors that shielded them from the elements.
The Society of the Four Arts, a nonprofit cultural organization founded in 1939 was in search of a seasoned event management company and producer to execute on their team’s elaborate vision of an intimate evening of dinner and dance in support of cultural programming and education.

VOLO Events Agency delivered a unique solution that included custom-designed SaddleSpan tents, which were strategically erected within the campus of The Society of Four Arts, an area consisting of two large botanical gardens.
