VOLO provides custom-built, durable SaddleSpan tent structures for your corporate event.

Throughout the years, VOLO has worked with several Fortune 500 brands to create and produce memorable experiences for audiences of all sizes. In this case study, VOLO was able to work with Cemex to celebrate 100 years of innovation.

 Featured Case Study: Cemex – 100 Year Celebration

A made-to-order, 30,000 square foot SaddleSpan tent structure was our recommendation as the event’s focal centerpiece.  The “splash” came from what unfolded inside the tent:

• A combination of 150 traditional and special-effect lighting instruments were deployed leveraging high-resolution 20,000 DPI projection
• A unique lighting program was designed to bring the outdoors inside – dreamlike cloud patterns framing a stand of majestic trees and dense foliage
• A chic black-tie formal dinner with visually supported keynote remarks
• A culminating superstar performance by Latin sensation Alejandro Fernandez – dubbed “El Potrillo” (“the colt”) by his adoring fans – including a full orchestra

RESULT

Fernandez brought the house down – or, in this case, the tent. Cemex, and their anniversary audience, were ecstatic. And the full range of the company’s end-to-end services was flexed with international punctuation!
