Suited For Every Use

Membrane Options

The dome offers flexible membrane options: Transparent Front, a versatile white opaque PVC membrane with an exchangeable clear front; Blackout, with a fully opaque exchangeable front for interior darkening; Transparent, a fully clear PVC cover ideal for night events with magical light effects; Branded, featuring full-color printing or a printed front for showcasing your brand; and Open Dome, combining a classic dome shape with an innovative mobile stage system. Opaque PVC membranes can be replaced with single-layer covers for creative exterior lighting.

Made from PVC-coated polyester, the membrane spans 384 m² (39 m² for the front), with thicknesses of 650 g/m² (non-opaque) and 800 g/m² (opaque), and is fire-resistant (Class B1 and M2).

Framework and Entrances

The steel framework is made from S235JR steel with a hot-dip, double-galvanized, powder-coated finish (white or custom RAL colors), featuring 450 struts (30 mm diameter, 2.0 mm wall thickness) and 25 feet for stability.

The dome includes one standard circular entrance (up to three optional), 5 ft wide at the floor and 11 ft at the center, with a height of 8 ft. It features three PVC membrane zip doors (white or transparent) or an optional aluminum-glass double-wing door with an anti-panic system and safe glass (5 ft height, 7 ft width). Includes 5 top ventilation openings, optional AC/heating, and transparent circular or triangular windows upon request.

Safety and Assembly

The structure supports windloads of 0.5 kN/m² (11 Beaufort/violent storm) and allows suspended loads between 1763–2810 lbs, with 16 to 50 load points. The steel framework weighs 2976 lbs, and the membrane weighs 462 lbs.

Assembly takes 9 hours with an 8-person crew, while dismantling takes 6 hours. A 28-ton crane is required for both assembly and dismantling.
